Motivate your students to

keep a clean, organized desk!

Created by Aimee Salazar

Use these notes to motivate your students to keep a clean, organized desk.
There are many ways to use them. Below are a few suggestions:
•Print, laminate, and cut out the cards. (Students can then return the notes so
that they can be reused. If you don’t want to reuse them, then skip the lamination
and let the kids keep the note.)

•Check your students’ desks periodically for cleanliness and organization.

•Place a card at a student’s desk when it is clean and organized.
•Leave a small treat with the note:
•Candy (if allowed per your school and/or district)
•Bookmark
•Fun pencil
•Silly band
•Eraser
•Anything else you think your kids might like
This will motivate your organized students to remain organized and inspire
your less than organized students to become more organized.
