I am directed to convey re-appropriation of funds for non-scheme 'Consultancy -
Central Water Commission'from Revenue/Voted Section to Revenue/Voted Section of
Grant No. 97 as per details given below:

Reasons for Savinos: An amount of Rs. 3.99 lakh from object head'Office Expenses,
can be diverted to object head 'Publications'as savings would be available.

Reasons for excess: - The additional fund of Rs.3.99 lakh is required to clear pending
bill to GeM under object head 'Publications' as committed liabilities due to payment
could not made during FY 2018-19 by Central Water Commission under Consultancy.

This issue with the approval of Secretary (WR,RD&GR).
