HR Admin user can login to the BPM Worklist and click on the Administrative Tasks to list all the

transactions in
the system. Specific search criteria can be entered in the search dialog to find a specific transaction. The
Assignees column shows the current approver and Assigned column shows the date and time it was assigned to
the current assignee. For e.g. in the screen shot below – Termination was entered as the search criteria which
brought 2 transactions assigned to Brooklyn Anderson and Autumn Hogan on Oct 17th and Oct 11th
respectively.

In the screen shot below – The last name ‘Patel’ was entered as the search criteria which brought 2
transactions. This is an easy way to short list the transaction belonging to a particular Employee.

To monitor transactions that are currently in-flight, pending, completed etc. user should use the BPM Worklist.
Various views are available out of the box to query transactions based on different criteria. Please see the
screen shot below.
Customers can also define a custom view using the tool provided where they can specify various criteria to
filter the worklist. Please see the screen shot below for instructions. Please refer to the help section to get
more details on what all different attributes and filter conditions can be used to define the search criteria.
