Data handling with TS02

Open Leica flex office

Goto tool on the bottom left corner


Open Data Exchange Manager

Right Click on serialports Settings


Select Com1 and instrument type TS02/06

Say OK

Expand Serial ports COM1FilesJobs


We can see list of jobs on the instrument
Right on job you wish to download and copy

Go to right frame and right click on folder you wish to download to, say paste

Select format, P_X_Y_Z_C to download data in ascii (excel) format


Select format, DXF download data in AutoCAD format
Prepare data in excel with PointID, Esting, Northing, height and code
Open Leica Geo office tools

Open Additional tools on the bottom left corner

Open Co ordinate Editor

Open a new file


Copy from Excell and paste here
Save file as IDX

Open Leica Flex OfficeData Exchange ManagerSerial portscom1filesJobs as


explained for data downloading

Copy file from right frame

Paste on empty job on left frame


Give some Job name
