UIET, KUK, Admission 2019-20 (Guidelines)

The students planning to report for admission at UIET after getting Provisional seat allotment letter from
HSTES through online counselling process should go through the below mentioned steps to avoid any
inconvenience and save their time:
All the candidates should arrange two (2) sets of Attested/ Self Attested copies of the below mentioned
necessary documents in their respective mentioned order:

1. HSTES seat allotment letter.


2. DMC of 12th/ Diploma/Provisional Diploma on the basis of which admission is being sought.
3. OLET/JEE Rank Card.
4. DMC of 10th as Date of Birth Proof.
5. Certificate of admission category (SC/ST/BC-A/BCB/ PH/ESM/FF/KM /HGST/PMSSS/EWS) if applicable.
6. Certificate of Income (for TFW/EWS quota, BC (A&B) and SC candidates).
7. Character Certificate from employer (If already employed).
8. Character Certificate (As per HSTES admission brochure Annexure – I).
9. Affidavit of Non Creamy Layer, if claiming the benefit of BC (A&B) (As per admission brochure).
10. Medical Fitness Certificate (in Original). (To be obtained only from gazette Government Medical
Officer/ Medical Officer of a Government Undertaking. Please note that this certificate in no other
form will be accepted. Medical Certificates issued by private medical practitioners will not be
accepted.)
11. Anti Ragging Undertaking from Student and Parents.
12. Gap Year Affidavit (if Any)
13. Copy of Aadhar Card
14. One Passport Size Colored Photograph of the Student.

Important Note:
A. Original Migration Certificate (to be submitted from 16.08.2019 to 30.08.2019 in UIET office).
B. Student should possess all original certificates/ Documents at the time of reporting to the institute for
the verification of the documents
C. Candidate need to deposit One Semester fee at the time of admission. The fee can be deposited at the
institute through Debit/Credit Card or in cash at the bank.
Fee Details
Newly admitted candidates for the session 2019-20 B.Tech./LEET are directed to deposit 1st
semester fee as per detail given below:-

Students may bring demand draft in favour of Director, UIET, KUK payable at Kurukshetra OR
