OF COUNSEL FOR A CAUSE

COMES NOW undersigned counsels, and to this most


Honorable Court most respectfully aver:
1. That the undersigned Law Interns of Legal Resource
Center of University of Santo Tomas- Legazpi, who appeared as
counsels in the above entitled case, are already through with their
Internship program and have already finished their Juris Doctor degree
last April, 2019.

2. In view of the foregoing reasons, the undersigned Law


Interns can no longer appear as counsels for the accused.

3. Undersigned counsels most respectfully request to this


Honorable Court that they be allowed to withdraw their appearance as
counsels for the accused with the latter’s consent.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered, undersigned counsels


most respectfully pray that they be allowed to withdraw their
appearances in this case as counsels for the above- mentioned
accused and that they be relieved of all their responsibilities relative to
this case.
