Check List for Project Proposal/Completion Reports Form for Solar Off-Grid Power
Packs.

I. Form (A) Proposal:-

1. Application with covering letter.


2. Photograph of customer.
3. Aadhar Card (Color Xerox).
4. Electricity Bill/Certification for Non-Electricity with Address proof.
5. Bank Passbook/Cancelled Cheque leaf of Beneficiary.

II. Completion Reports :-

1. Part – A, B & C with Application number.


2. Invoice.
3. C.A Certificate.
4. Photograph (Which includes Beneficiary for both panels & Inverters, Batteries).
5. a) Photo of the installed system with the beneficiary before inspection.
b) Photos of the installed system with the beneficiary and Inspecting Officer.

III. TSREDCO Ltd Application fee DD details:-

1. 1 - 10KWp – Rs. 1000 + 18% GST per each KWp
