Culvert Assessment

The document provides a field data form and guide for assessing culverts for the Town of Spencer. The field data form includes categories for evaluating the condition of various culvert components on a scale from good to critical. The culvert assessment guide further explains the conditions considered for each rating level in areas such as invert deterioration, joints/seams, cracking, headwalls/wingwalls, and aprons. It aims to standardize the inspection and evaluation of culverts.
