- Site inspection and quality control of the work.
- Verification and preparation of the bills.
- Material planning and handling at the site.
- Monitor the progress of the construction activities on a regular basis.
- Making planning of executing, materials, man power accordingly.

Work in Sarbottam cement:

As a assistant project manager for factory expansion project in which steel structure and rcc
framed building were built to accommodate for the upgrade for the capacity of the company from 1200
tpd of clinker production to additional 1800 tpd (tonnes per day) of clinker production.

- Record keeping and documentation of the projects including day to day related work activities.
- Quality control of the concrete and steel works.
- Coordinate schedules and deliver the status report
- Monitoring the status of the project and track the project cost and schedule basis
- Communication with the management and effective implementation of the managerial
decisions.
- Making planning of executing, materials, man power accordingly.
- Ensure that construction activities move according to predetermined schedule.
