PROJECT OBJECTIVES:

This project aims to design a fifteen - storey Residential Condominium with a roof deck,
Below are the specific objectives:

1. Observe and follow the standards and requirements listed from the National Structural Code of
the Philippines.
2. Utilize modern tools and softwares in such as Autodesk AutoCad, Autodesk Revit, Microsoft
Office Excel, and STAAD.
3. Integrate realistic factors and constraints such as environmental, economic, safety factor, and
strength capacity in accordance with engineering codes and standards, and design procedure.
