AY 2019-2020

Rationale:
We believe that schools are about teaching and learning; all other activities are
secondary to these basic goals. Therefore, this simple supervisory program is designed to
monitor the effectivity of the thrust of a Catholic School and the relevance of the RVM
Philosophy of Education expressed in the RVM Pedagogy.

As steward of transformative quality Ignacian Marian Education, an instructional leader


is consistent in setting the tone of the environmental learning, conscious in the development
of teachers to effect the teaching-learning process in each classroom. She is an overseer in
all areas and sees to it that everybody in the institution is connected and moving towards
common key directions while performing a standard operating procedures as an RVM institution.
