INTRODUCTION:
Salasar carz spa services will be a brand which is literally going to change
the way people think about car cleaning. It is a unique mechanized car
cleaning concept where cars are getting pampered by the latest
equipment’s including high pressure cleaning machines, spray injection and
extraction machines, high powered vacuum cleaners and steam cleaners.
The principal business of the firm shall be to carry on the business of Car
care with exotic crystal shield ceramic coating, Exterior premium wash with
vacuuming, Polishing & Waxing, Decontamination & paint surface
refinement, Intensive Interior cleaning, Ozone Air purification – Anti
Bacterial & germ free interiors, Leather Conditioning, Head Light
Restoration, Alloy wheel polishing, Glass treatment, water spot removal and
its accessories.

BACKGROUND - HISTORY OF CAR WASHING:


Individuals have discovered approaches to wash their vehicles as far back as

through the tunnel and machines sprayed soap on them, big brushes
scrubbed them, nozzles rinsed them, and giant blowers dried them.
Needless to say, this was a big hit! Soon, many other car wash owners were
installing automatic equipment in their car wash business. Through the
1960's, completely automated vehicle washing frameworks were being

Ruchika was born and brought up in Gurgaon. Ruchika Yadav's life was
quite uneventful until one day, when she was travelling on a highway
in Germany and observed a car wash center every 10 minutes of her
drive. This was when she realized the potential for a similar service in
India. One little known fact about Salasar carz wash is eco friendliness,
using only two-three litres of water to clean a car. Yes, that is less
water than a person drinks per day.

 HEMANT YADAV:

Every morning, like in thousands of apartment complexes across


Gurgaon, Hemant Yadav’s doorbell would announce the arrival of the
car cleaner. However, Hemant was unhappy with the lack of
thoroughness in the cleaning and decided to look for professional
doorstep car cleaning services. This too proved futile and Hemant was
dissatisfied with the poor quality of aggregator-based car cleaning
services. He decided to start Salasar Carz services.

Both the partners meet and decided to capitalised opportunities in


this sector.

INDUSTRY TREND:
The Indian auto industry is considered the largest in the world with an
annual production of 23.37 million vehicles in FY 2014-2015, a 8.68 per cent
growth over the previous year. The industry produced a total of 14.25
million vehicles including commercial vehicles, three wheelers and two
wheelers in April-October 2015 as against 13.83 in April-October 2014.The
increasing sales of luxury cars in metro cities is pushing the growth of car
care services in India. A comprehensive global report on Car Washing
Services revealed that the global market for car washing services is forecast
to reach over $27.4 billion by 2017.

The booming automotive sector is expected to propel the growth of the


automatic car wash market during the forecast period. The convenience of
automated car wash, comparative low cost and the rising preference of
people to get their car washed in lesser time are a few factors that are
anticipated to boost the automatic car wash market during the forecast
period.

The automatic car wash is more beneficial than a manual car wash in terms
of protecting the external finish of the vehicle since it involves a definite
procedure and offers consistent results. The increasing use of vehicles for

are needed for the car washing purposes. Some site work will need to be
completed before construction on the building we are going to use for the
business. Site work includes earthwork and laying asphalt for your parking
lot and, depending on how we are going to set up, our external work areas,
as well as laying the foundation for our building. Like the cost of land, the
cost of construction varies widely from one location to another. Our

Research Development Manager:


His work is concerned with the gathering of information valuable to the

necessary staff training and staff and client safety. He will constantly
reviews our business objectives and procedures to ensure they are current
and productive to the running of Salasar Carz Spa.

Marketing Manager:
He will help predominantly with the marketing side of the Salasar Carz Spa
business. He will design promotional campaigns and decides when such
campaigns are implemented. His work is concerned with promoting the
business and creating a positive image of our company that the public will
see.

Finance Manager:
He will decide on the budgeting and estimations for the Salasar Carz Spa
business. He will help in areas such as the proposed income of the business
and yearly expenditure. In his work he will consider the various costs
associated with our business and researches ways our business will be able
to make a profit.

Business Analyst:
He will focus on the gathering of statistics and analysis of statistics. She
sources statistical websites such as the Indian Bureau of statistics. He will

take information from various statistical sources and extracted the
important information from them that is relevant to the business.

PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER BASE:


As per the Times of India, more than 53,700 new vehicles were being

We will use a multifaceted approach to advertise our business that includes
flyers, posters, and an online presence. The signage for our car wash should
be colourful with clear messaging. Make sure that people can easily see it
from the road. A popular way to get new customers will be by distributing
coupons or discounts for car washes. Also, develop relationships with other
small businesses located near your car wash.
 Social media is an important aspect of marketing these days. Setting
up a website and establish a presence on Twitter and Facebook.
Makimg sure any of the paper items that we have include links to your
website and social media accounts.

 Using our website to share information about taking care of your car
and other relevant tips.

 Schedule a visit to the local newspaper agencies to promote our new


business.

 Consider starting a loyalty program. This will encourage repeat


customers instead of people who use the coupon one time and never
return.

The vehicle is a significant piece of the Indian family unit, for the individuals
