LEARNING OBJECTIVE Pre-lesson
1. Sing-a-song
I love you, you love me,
We are happy family,
With a great big hug and a bright smile,
We are one big family.
Teacher will introduce the Learning Objectives and
Success Criteria.

Lesson Delivery
2. Jazz Chant - Pupils use Jazz Chant to recite the
song lyrics.

3. Poem Bookmark - Teacher tells the pupils the


instructions to make a Poem Bookmark. Teacher
shows an example. Pupils draw a shape and write a
concrete poem, and cut out the shape to make a
bookmark.

4. Show and Tell : Pupils will select a presenter to


read out the work in the class.

Post Lesson
4. Action Song : Teacher demonstrate the actions for
the song. Pupils sing while doing the action for the
song.

MATERIALS/ Colour paper, scissors, ribbon, marker, colour pencil
