Terms of Service
1) The validity of a featured ad is duration specific. 2) Featured ads cannot be edited or deleted to post a different product
subsequently. Doing so will cause removal of that ad and no refund will be provided. 3) If the account is banned due to policy
violation, any available paid ads will be forfeited. 4) Each bundle has a specific valid date. After the expiry of the bundle date, all
un-utilised paid services will be removed from your account.

Payment for Paid Services


Upon selecting any paid services, you may be redirected to a third-party payment provider. For third-party payments, OLX
Pakistan will provide service upon confirmation from the payment gateway and will not be liable for issues with the third-party
service provider

Refunds/Cancellation
If you delete or deactivate any paid services prior to active period, OLX Pakistan will not refund any un-utilised time. In the event
that paid services are unable to be used for any technical fault of OLX, refund will be offered for equivalent units of ads that were
not posted. OLX Pakistan ads are non-redeemable for cash, non-transferable and non-assignable. OLX Pakistan has the sole
discretion in the manner in which the refund shall be made. The above refund policy shall not be applicable in the event of terms
of service violations or abuse of company's moderation rules.
