requirements by providing better Products, Solutions & Trainings. To serve society in a better
way, we are organizing classroom Training 2019 on Computerised Accounting using Tally.
These trainings are promising for better education, learning & career of students and faculties.

Fees 1500 per student for the duration agreed as per the proposal.

How to start the batch ?


For starting of the batch following steps are required.
First ,Aeika Career Solutions will conduct free of cost Seminar on the
specified training in the college campus.For that confirmation is needed from
college via email and or phone call.
The date of seminar will be decided as per concerned person or department
of the college.For the seminar there must be proper information to the
students from the college side.
The requirements

Content of Seminar:
i. Introduction of the Concerned Field
Ii. Detailed Description of the Field
Iii. Market Prospectus of the selected field
The purpose of the seminar is to inform the students about the concerned field and its market
Scenario.
After that college administration can take the feedback from the students, the
interested students can register themselves in the course by depositing fees.
This registration is to be done by the college or Aeika career Solutions that can
be decided.After the registration the college will share the list with interested
students to Aeika Career Solutions.
Finally the Dates of the Training Program will be decided after the Discussion with the
college administration and then AEIKA CAREER SOLUTIONS will start the training
program.
The program is as follows:
Program:Training on Computerised Accounting using Tally
Venue: College premises or Aeika Career Solutions campus at sector 17 kurukshetra.
Duration of the Program: 45 days
Class Days: WORKING days.
Class Duration: 1.5 Hours per day.Totalling more than 60 hours of training.
Fees: Rs 1500/- Per Student.
Certificate provided at the completion of training.
Requirement for running training program at College campus.
Aeika Career Solutions provides training to the students in the advance fields which
require special concentration from the students. So for the classroom and Lab, here
are some requirements from our side in the benefit of students. Because both AEIKA
CAREER SOLUTIONS and college administration care for the students…

1. Seminar Room/Class Room equipped with the LCD Projector or OHP


Projector.
2. Microphone and Speaker.
3. Computer Lab of 50 Nodes.( Actual figure depends on No. of Students and the
fields selected)
4. Timing of the class will be decided after proper discussion with College
Administration.

Terms and Condititions

The terms and condition are described here for the training program:-
1. AEIKA CAREER SOLUTIONS will send Experts for the training in the college
campus.
2. A course manager will be there from our side who will deal in all the
matters with the college administration on behalf of AEIKA CAREER
SOLUTIONS. All the communication between AEIKA CAREER
SOLUTIONS and the College would be facilitated by the Course
Manager.
3. Total No. of Experts may vary depending on the no. of students.
4. After completion of the training program,certificates will be
awarded by AEIKA CAREER SOLUTIONS.
5. Generally the certificates are awarded after the completion of the training
program but if there is some delay then they will be awarded within fifteen days
of the completion of the course.
6. Finally a MOU will be signed for the continuing the training
program after discussion with the college administration.
7. All disputes are subjected to the KURUKSHETRA Judiciary.
Mode of Payment:
AEIKA CAREER SOLUTIONS will receive the payment as follows:
1. The minimum strength of students required to run the On Campus Training
Program is 25 students.
2. The registration fee is included in the mentioned fee.
3. College will be responsible for collecting the course fee from students and
keeping it with itself.
4. Before starting of the training program RS 900 Fees per student will be paid to
AEIKA CAREER SOLUTIONS.
5. After completion of the course RS. 600 payment will be given to AEIKA
CAREER SOLUTIONS.
