The meeting was headed by the TLE Subject Area
Coordinator, Ms. Arlene Calica. Before the meeting
started, the lists of agendas were clearly stated first.
These are the things that were discussed during the
department meeting:

-Grading System
-Concerns about Techno Exposure
-Fund Raising
-Passing of DLL
-Feeding Program
-SBM checklists

2. Buddy, Buddy System


This was mentioned by Ma’am Calica to enable the
teachers to have more effective monitoring of students
when one of the co-teacher is not around.
2 Niña Urbistondo 3. Last Day of DLL
She mentioned the queries about the last submission of
DLL
4. Techno Exposure
She also mentioned the concerns about techno exposure
and its connectivity in Technololymphics.
5. Secrecy of Final Grade
Ma’am Urbistondo remind us about the secrecy of final
grade. The need to orient the newly appointed advisers
about the secrecy of grades.
3 Ian Shigiru Yasunaga 4. Income Generating Activities
Mr. Yasunaga addressed the needs to impose the
planning and implementing of fund raising activities that
will help the TLE concerned activities to go through.
4 Arlene Bautista and Joy 5. SBM Checklist
Quiacos This concern was discussed by them to clarify the
checklist details.
