 This equivalence is valid only as long as the structure, curricula, syllabi and mode of delivery of the said programmes remain
the same as they were on the effective date, and as long as the institute concerned abides by all other conditions imposed by the
TVEC. It should be noted that this equivalence does not apply to certificates issued before the effective date statged above.
