Chippewa Valley High School 9 Grade Center: "Success Is The Only Option"
Chippewa Valley High School 9 Grade Center: "Success Is The Only Option"
June 2019
Ms. Breanna Bianchi was a long-term substitute teacher in Algebra I at Chippewa Valley’s Ninth Grade
Center and under my supervision during this past year. In my judgment, her aptitude is well above average, and
she understands both students and the learning process to a degree that is exceptional, even among our best
teachers.
She has thorough knowledge of leadership skills, combined with her excellent verbal capability, which
enables her to express herself and present topics very well. Ms. Bianchi prides herself in becoming involved
with various activities that benefit our students.
The Chippewa Valley Ninth Grade Center has innovative and unique philosophical ideas that were
developed to help our struggling ninth grade students. Breanna has bought into the philosophy completely. She
taught Algebra I and Math Focus with at-risk students who struggle tremendously with math concepts.
Breanna Bianchi communicated well with parents, counselors and administrators about various students
who needed that extra push. Breanna is extremely positive and an excellent motivator. She demands
excellence and then watched her students reach their potential. Her spirit and good nature carried over to the
classroom, where students respected and enjoyed her class.
She collaborates well with other teachers in the Math Department. Her role as a long-term substitute
teacher has really gone beyond the subject matter. She takes much pride in the department and the individuals
she works with.
Breanna Bianchi was an asset to our school and our community. She is a good role model for young
adults to work with – she is positive, honest and an understanding person. Ms. Bianchi would be a wonderful
addition to any building.
Sincerely,
Diane Zatkoff
