I, SHANE DANGA DURAN, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident of #4


Strawberry St., Pengue-Ruyu, Tuguegarao City, Cagayan, do hereby name, constitute
and appoint my mother VIVIAN D. DURAN, of legal age, Filipino, and of the same
residence, to be my lawful attorney-in-fact, to do and perform the following special

1. To transact with the Registry of Deeds regarding the transfer of title of a
