SMDA05-6R2 Unidirectional TVS Array For High-Speed Data Line Protection

The SMDA05-6R2 is a transient voltage suppressor designed to protect up to six high-speed communication lines from ESD, EFT, and lightning. It has a peak power rating of 400 watts for 8x20 microseconds pulses and ESD ratings of 15kV air and 8kV contact. Its maximum clamping voltages are 9.8V at 1A and 11V at 5A for 8x20 microsecond pulses. It is packaged in an SO-8 package and is intended to protect data and I/O lines as well as equipment in applications such as LAN/WAN, servers, PCs, and peripherals.
