Job Description for Team Lead - SANKALP

Position

Role: Relevant Work Experience:


Team Lead 6-8 Years
Skill Sets Desired Work Experience
 BE / BTech / BSc / MSc or other equivalent degrees with Desired 6-8 years overall
computer science background / knowledge experience with 4-6 years
 Hands-on Experience in the following exposure in the identified
o Developing applications in / for Linux (Ubuntu technologies / skillsets
16.04 preferred)
o Linux Shell Scripting (Ubuntu preferred) Should have experience in
o NGINX reverse proxy / load balancing having delivered challenging
o Node.js / NPM / Express projects / products to
o PM2 / @angular/cli, Nodemon different clients
o Angular 2.0/latest
o MongoDB / Mongoose / NoSQL Queries Should be capable of
o Javascript / ES6 / MS Typescript working independently/ with
o HTML5 / CSS3 / Flexbox / Bootstrap minimal supervision
 Working knowledge of
o Elasticsearch 5.3+ Ability to be proactive,
o Logstash 5.3+ motivate and mentor the
o Configuring Dockers direct teams in creatively
 Preferred experience solving identified technical
o Setting up application stack in physical / virtual challenges in the project
environments like AWS/DigitalOcean etc
o Experience in developing dashboarding or Good debugging and
charting applications on responsive web / mobile problem-solving capability is
o Agile methodologies a must.
o Handling big data
o Source repositories like Git / Bitbucket
 Exposure to
o RDBMS / SQL Queries
o Continuous Integration and development /
testing and build environment
o Feature Development Testing using Chai / Mocha
/ Karma or equivalent testing frameworks
o Programmatically handling SVG (Scalable Vector
Graphics) files
o GIS / Google Maps
o Mobile App development (Android / iOS) ETL
tools (not mandatory)
o Business Intelligence (BI) / Business Analytics
(BA) commercial / open source tools (not
mandatory)
