consulting firm that focuses on conducting seminars and corporate events. The company is seeking an esteemed professional with experience
supporting with research and analyst report for the job of Fundamental Analyst. The job is based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Key job responsibilities include:


• Conduct valuation and fundamental analysis in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities in the Bursa and US Markets.
• Analyse industry and company-specific information.
• Construct detailed financial/ operating models.
• Conduct primary fundamental research.
• Interview management, customers, suppliers, competitors and industry experts.
• Distil information into an investment thesis.
• Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly write up to support existing clients.

Job Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Banking or equivalent
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field is a must
• Has the desire to think and act as a long-term, value investor
• Strong accounting, quantitative and financial modelling skills
• Ability to identify and comprehend key business drivers
• Able to perform a wide range of duties
• Experience across the capital structure is a plus, as well as motivation to perform extensive primary research
• Excellent command in English write-ups
