Springfield College - Lesson Plan

The lesson plan focuses on practicing throwing and catching skills through an instant activity where students pass balls to each other using proper form, followed by a handball game where students are split into teams and can score by getting the ball in the opposing endzone or making shots. The teacher will hold students accountable, review skills during closure, and ensure safety by clearly explaining skill cues and demonstrating proper form multiple times before advancing activities.
