1. Project Summary:

In modern time, people want to save their time and want to work quickly and efficiently.
Now a time hoteling is the important factor of our society. Customer wait for place their
order and reservation so it takes much time and customer have to wait for a long time.
we want to solve this condition so to overcome this problem we will make such app in
which customer place their order online as well as online reservation. It also save time
and overcome the human resources because the process of human is very slow so it also
create a lot of crowed. Customer login through CNIC number and place its order and
table booking. It make work more efficient and quick. This is also the saving of human
resources. Workers and management communicated clearly they work with each other
in comfortable environment. Customers also give a feedback about this service to make
it improve. This app can solve many problems of customers .By using this app a lot of
time of customer can be saved.

2. Introduction:

Fast food refers to food that can be prepared and served quickly. It can come from many places: sit-
down restaurants, take-out, drive-thru, and delivery. Fast food is popular because the food is
inexpensive, convenient, and tastes good. However, fast food is often made with cheaper ingredients
such as high fat meat, refined grains, and added sugar and fats, instead of nutritious ingredients such
as lean meats, whole grains, fresh fruits, and vegetables. If you’re wanting to eat healthy then

The history of fast food in America was secured in 1951 when that year’s edition of the Merriam-
Webster dictionary included the term for the first time. It was also in the 1950s when the history of

In this project we will develop such app in which we can resolve different issues of restaurant. For
example customer place his order through this app and he get his favourite food through this app.
this app is basically very beneficial for those restaurant where people do not order their food due to
crowed so it is helpful to overcome crowed. It is also helpful for online reservation .this app can be
applied on any restaurant where such situation exist. It save time and provide quickly fast food.

3. Project Aim:

Followings aims are:

 Resolved complaint promptly and professionally.in earlier there are no proper
management about listing complaints. Management also resolve complaints.
 Workers and management work together. They communicated very clearly with their
co-worker.
 Computer system for automated order taking. There is no need to wait about their
favourite fast food order.so we can say this is the master point of services.
 Cross trained and coordinate scheduling with team members to ensure seamless
service. Cooperation with team members is very important so they must be well
trained.
 User can place his order in more efficient way rather than before that makes the
customer more satisfy.
 It will save time. Lots of time waste due to order taking by human. So this app
overcome this issue.

4. Project Objectives:

There are a lot of objectives of this app.

Followings are:

 Communicated Clearly: And positively with co-workers and management. Workers

and management work. They communicated very clearly with their co-worker.
 Master point of Services (POS): Computer system for automated order taking. There
is no need to wait about their favourite fast food order.so we can say this is the master
point of services.
 Resolved Complaint: Resolved complaint promptly and professionally.in earlier
there are no proper management about listing complaints. Management also resolve
complaints.
 Cross Trained: Cross trained and coordinate scheduling with team members to
ensure seamless service. Cooperation with team members is very important so they

 Time saving: It will save time. Lots of time waste due to order taking by human. So
this app overcome this issue.
 Efficiency: user can place his order in more efficient way rather than before that
makes the customer more satisfy.

5. Project Scope:

In this busy era people are trying to find more and more ease for themselves in every field. Today our
society do too much hoteling. People want to save their time but there is less human resources in
hotels. So that’s why the process is too slow.

We want to make such app that book table online to the customers and place their order through
CNIC that use for verification of customer .The customer must be login through their CNIC card
.customer will pay his bill on reception.

6. Problem Statement:

In previous customer have to wait for their order and this can cause a wastage of time.
It cause a crowed and customer have to wait for their food. It is based on human
resources but this process was very slow. There was problem for customer to get food
customer do not easily get his favourite fast food.

Proposed Solution:

Our Goal is to provide easiness for the customer and save their precious time. our
project can overcome Crowd and customer get their desirable food in easy and less time.
In this project we also make management easier for the convenience of customer.

Hardware Constraint:
There are some hardware constraint for server and clients.

For server:

 Minimum 80 GB hard disk
 3.0 gaga HZ processor

For Client :

 2 GB RAM
