Registration Charges
 EDC and IDC shall include the interest and other incidental charges
thereon as presently applicable but does not include any feature upward
revision by the Haryana Government, which shall be payable on
demand.
 Stamp Duty / Registration Charges shall be payable along with the last
installment based on prevalent rates.
 Prices subject to revision at sole discretion of the company
 Third party charges as applicable shall be payable extra
 Club Membership Fee, as applicable shall be payable along with the last

P.S:

1. Rebate of 7% is applicable on 100% per BSP + Car Park + PLC only

when customer is opting for down payment plan at booking stage.
2. Any subsequent request for change-over from down payment plan
option to Construction linked or Time-linked plan, in case allottee is
unable to pay by the due date shall be accepted subject to 15% per
annum interest on such delayed down payment. Besides discount
reversal, all installment, as would have fallen due, had the allottee been
on time-linked or construction linked plan shall be payable immediately
as per the due date decided at the sole discreation of the company.
3. Any request for change of payment plan to down payment at a
subsequent stage to booking shall be subject to applicability of discount
only on
1. BSP and
2. After exclusion of all amounts that would have already fallen due
/ have fallen due as per Time-Linked/ Construction Linked plan.
4. The term ‘due’ means installment already called for irrespective of due
 date being 1 to 20 days from the date of interest
