Acceleration Program
In the acceleration program, the startup can use the resources provided by FasterCapital such as mentorship, marketing study, feasibility study, technical
consultation, new sales channels and nancing. For nancing, we will be helping the startup to improve how it presents itself, pitch it in front of our
investor networks and get their feedback to the startup. In case there is an interest, the founders will get a direct call from the investor. Our acceleration
program provide non-exclusive contract to startups, i.e. entrepreneurs can still raise capital on their own!

What are the stages that a startup go through @FasterCapital?

Application Submission
 Entrepreneur(s) should submit their application on FasterCapital website in
each round of funding

 Information will be checked from FasterCapital and if there are extra

needed info then entrepreneurs will be communicated back.

1 Mentorship: We o er a huge database of mentors.

2 Consultation: FasterCapital has its internal team of consultant in di erent areas such as: legal, marketing, nance and technical. Our team can help you in
doing a better marketing study, feasibility study, product’s road map, startup valuation and business plan. Those consultant are willing to share their
wisdom, knowledge, skills and expertise. They will give you a direct, honest and constructive feedback.

5 Finance: FasterCapital will feature your startup on its website and on its newsletter. We will put the light on your startup and attract attention to it. The goal
is to nd an investor willing to put capital on the startup. We might also co-invest based on our co-funding and co-founding model

How can I apply for your acceleration program?

FasterCapital has four rounds of funding per year. Application is available for everyone. As a virtual incubator (and investor) we are not limited to

If I join your acceleration program, when can I expect to raise money?

There's no general answer for such question. Please note that raising funds is a lengthy process and requires considerable e orts and attention. It all
depends on your startup, how much you have invested, how much money are you looking to raise and what equity you are ready to provide. Please note
that in general less than 1% of startups end up raising capital. At Fastercapital we are seeing a better success rate. Of course if the company is ready to be
incubated then that will help it raise money sooner.
So a short answer is anything between three months to a year depending on the factors that were mentioned earlier.

At which stage shall I contact you?

You can contact us from an early stage. If you have an idea that has been validated then you can contact us. Entrepreneurs with an MVP will have a better
chance of being accepted but we still accept lot of startups that are in idea stage. Most of the companies that have graduated from FasterCapital were
incubated since the idea stage.

What happens after a company is accelerated?

We start reviewing it internally and try to prepare an internal study about it that will be communicated to the founders. We will also work on presenting it
to investors and get their feedback. If there's an interest then we will link the investor with the founders directly. All feedback will be assembled into one
document and forwarded to the entrepreneurs.
If there's a good interest from one or more investors, then our role will be to give advices to the entrepreneur on a good and fair valuation of their startup.

Our Approach
Here are the main points about the process of joining the acceleration program:

Submission
 Couple of days to two weeks

the entrepreneur has to submit his / her startup (Business plan including SWOT analysis
and nancial study) directly on our website

Reviewing
 two weeks to four weeks

Our team will study the documents supplied and provide a feedback. There are three
main reviews done: business, nancial and technical. If the startup fails at any stage
(due to missing information or no good validation of the model) then we will contact the
entrepreneur and ask for clari cation or more info.

Result Announcing
 4 weeks to six weeks

The result of the study will be presented back to the entrepreneurs after the round of
funding has been closed.

Featuring online
 two to three months

Once the startup is accepted it can become "accelerated". This means that we can
feature it on our website and help it in raising capital on a non-exclusive basis. We will
also make other “con dential” information available to the investors on per their
request.
