3. Bidders shall submit their bid electronically through e-procurement section of PPMO’s e-procurement portal bolpatra.gov.np/egp,
the bidders may prepare their bid and submit their electronic bids as specified in the instructions to the bidders. The bidder shall
deposit the non-refundable fee as specified above in Revenue account of Division Road Office, Makwanpur. The details are Bank. -
Nepal Bank Limited, City Office, Hetauda, Office code no.-337023202, Revenue account no.- 00101000000001001001 and
Revenue title. - 14229.
4. If bidder wishes to submit Bid Security in the form of cash, the cash should be deposited in Deposit account no. Kha-3,
02502000000003000070, at Nepal Bank Ltd, City Office, Hetauda, in the account of District Treasury Controller Office, Hetauda,
Makawanpur on behalf of Division Road Office, Hetauda and submit the receipt of the deposited amount of cash along with the bid.
5. If the date of pre-bid meeting, last date of purchasing, submission and opening falls on a government holiday then the next working
day shall be considered the last day. In such case, the validity period of the bid security shall remain the same as specified for the
original last date of bid submission.
6. Any amendment in this tender notice shall be posted on the notice board of the client's office and PPMO’s e-procurement portal
bolpatra.gov.np/egp.
7.Road Division Hetauda reserves the right to accept or reject, wholly or partly, any or all the bids without assigning any reason,
whatsoever.
8.Matters not covered in this tender notice shall be in accordance with Public Procurement Act, (First Amendment) 2073, Public
Procurement Regulations, (Fifth Amendment) 2064.
