You are given:


1) Two sheets of orthographic elbows and bends drawings. (Refer drawings given).

By using the AutoCAD software, you are required to:


1) Redraw the given orthographic elbows drawings including their dimensioning.

2) Calculate and construct the elbow’s table of calculation as follows:


2.1 Full development of segment A of elbow’s calculation. (Sheet 2/3)
2.2 Full development of segment A of elbow’s calculation (Sheet 3/3)

3) Construct the pattern development of each segment and indicate their numberings.
3.1 Full development of elbow from segment A to F. (Sheet 2/3)
3.2 Full development of elbow from segment A to J. (Sheet 3/3)

Important Notes:

Show your calculations of MH, OH, θ (angle) and H (Length of the cut-off
cylinder). All dimensions are in MM. Save your answers with your ID and name
written and submit your completed assignment at the end of the lesson.
