Pune University Manual
1. Before Applying for Online PG Recognition you need to create a teacher account in BCUD
Online, Teacher account is compulsory.
2. The teacher must have to fill all education details with documents.
3. The teacher should have to fill previous approval details and other experience details if any.
4. Apply for PG Teacher Recognition must have Five years approved teaching experience at
degree level.
5. Apply for M.Phil. By Research must have Two years after awarding Ph. D degree with five
years teaching/research Experience out of which minimum two years at P.G. level.
6. Apply for Ph.D. must have Three years after awarding Ph.D. degree with minimum 10 years
Teaching/research experience out of which minimum two years at P.G.level.
OR
Applicant having Ph.D. degree at the time of appointment should have 5 years
Teaching/research experience out of which minimum two years at P.G. level.

Application Details –
1. First Select Faculty Name
2. Then select Subject name
3. After selecting subject select recognition type, if you select M.Phil. By Paper,
M.Phil. By Research and Ph.D. if your Teaching Experience 10 Years and
Above select yes Otherwise select No.
4. Then fill Ph.D. Result declaration date.
5. If you are Approved Guide of the university then select YES and attach
recognition letter .otherwise select NO.
6. Whether your college/ institute has P.G Centre of the subject for which you
wish to apply for Ph.D./M.Phil. Research guideship selects YES and attach
permission letter issued by the university, otherwise select NO.
7. In last of page, applicant uploads his/her photo.
8. After uploading Photo Click on Save and Proceed Button.

Education Details –
1. If you don’t see Educational details go to teacher profile fill your Qualification
details with uploading certificate.
2. If you see Educational Details then click on Save and Proceed button.

Senior College Experience –
1. If you don’t see Senior College Experience go to teacher profile and fill
approval history, university department applying for recognition upload
appointment order in approval history.
2. Click on Save Button for save senior experience.

Book Publication Details –
1. If you can’t see Published Book Details go to Teacher Profile Fill Book
Publication details.
2. If you don’t have any publication of book click on Skip and Next
Button.
3. If you have any book publication then click on Save and Proceed

Attached Document Details –
1. Select Documents you attached on the application.
2. You apply for PG Teacher display Five Documents and you apply for M.Phil.
And PhD Display 12 Documents you attached on the application.
3. Then select declaration.
4. Then click on Save and Proceed Button.

Challan Details-
1. Fill Challan Details for NEFT/RTGS payment process from which the amount will
be debited.
2. Fill Bank Account Name as per bank Pass Book.
3. Fill Correct Account Number.
4. Then Fill Bank Name.
5. Then Bank Branch.
6. Then Fill Bank IFSC Code.
7. After Fill, All Details Click on Submit Button.

Print Application And Receipt-
1. When challan amount transferred to university account after that Application Print and a receipt
will be generated and available.
2. Click on print Application Form and Application receipt.
