TERMS AND CONDITIONS

THIS QUOTATION IS VALID FOR 15 DAYS.

I. DESIGNER SERVICES (signature required)


All sales from on stock items/products and custom orders shall be taken and facilitated by our in-house interior/sales designer based on the clients' needs and specification. Our designers shall assist the client in
making their choices, will offer complimentary design services when applicable and will work with the clients' contractor, architect/or interior designer.

II. TERMS AND METHOD OF PAYMENT (signature required)


We require FULL PAYMENT upon placement of order for ON STOCK items/products. For CUSTOM ORDERS, we require a 70% DOWNPAYMENT upon placement of order and a 60-day Post-Dated check for the 50%
balance. Any default in payment shall be subject to na interest of 1% per month. Q Living Manila reserves the right to rescind the sale pursuant to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Hence, once a custom order has been processed, no cancellations shall be allowed. We accept Cash, Company and Personal Checks drawn from a institution in the Philippines. Check is
payable in the Bank Details below. There will be a three (3) banking days clearing period for local checks. We also accept Credit Card and Debit Card payments that are accredited with with our establishment.

III. DELIVERY (signature required)


All sales shall only be delivered upon full payment and clearing of checks. Q Living Manila reserves the right to suspend delivery pullout of delivered items/products if payments and other conditions gerein are not
met. Delivery schedules will be determined according to the store's schedule (Q Living Manila), taking into consideration clients' request and requirements. For custom orders, usual LEAD TIME for delivery is 45-90
days from the date of payment presuming goods are available in our Factory/Supplier Southeast Asia. Upon arrival of orders consisting of more than one item, we require the delivery of each item within 15-30 days
after arrival.

IV. STORAGE FEE (signature required)


Due to space constraints, Q Living Manila cannot store clients' orders. Should the client not take delivery with 30 days from notification, the client agrees to pay a storage fee. For Small Items Php 450.00/Week,
Medium Items Php 650.00/Week, Large Items Php 850.00/Week and the Extra Large Items Php 1,200.00/Week for Q Living Manila Products/Items.

Should the buyer fail to make full payment and/or take delivery 2 months after the agreed delivery date, the company reserves to the right, but not obligated, to rescind the sale without further notice or judicial action
and dispose of the goods and refund the payment the client made, deducting all storage abd interest charges are outlined in above terms. Until such right to rescind is exercised or upon full payment and delivery of
the goods, the buyer agrees to pay QLM the storage and iterest charges based on the rates provided in clause IV (a) of this agreement.

V. SALE ITEMS (signature required)


During SALE events, sales discounts shall only apply to on stock inventory. If clients' are using Credit Card or Debit Card they're only given the minumum of 5% Discount. As for Cash or Check, the clients' will be
given the discount depending on the Sale Event. ALL SALES ARE FINAL upon full payment on a first come, first served basis.
