Training Program Guide 2013 PDF
Training Program Guide 2013 PDF
Bosch has always been in step with technology. Which is why our
training methods have undergone constant reformation. And just as
technology grows, our training too becomes more comprehensive and
reaches a larger audience.
2
“We are all living in a time of rapid change. Change is all around us. Our country has changed, so has
our society, technology has transformed our lives and with that our thinking too.
It is imperative then that an organisation embraces change as well – in its processes, its systems,
in ways of doing business.”
The world we grew up in is changing by the day, and we are feeling this change in every sphere
of our lives. Smart phones and e-mails have replaced trunk calls and inland letters. A few hours
of television everyday on a single national channel has changed to hundreds of 24-hour cable
channels. DVDs – very recently thought as a breakthrough and over improvement of video cassettes
and VCDs – are already being replaced by Blu-ray discs. So too has automotive technology evolved,
and to keep pace with this change, our training systems, methodologies and course content have
all evolved.
From a few training centres, the Bosch Training network now spans the country. Online training is
complementing classroom training, and making it accessible to people everywhere. Mobile Training
Centres from Bosch are taking automotive training to places and to people who would otherwise
find it difficult to learn. A greater focus on diesel technologies, notably CRDi, and cutting-edge
diagnostic equipment is helping us keep abreast of constantly-evolving automotive technology
and meet increasingly demanding customer needs, with cost-effective training solutions even in a
difficult economic scenario.
It is the simple philosophy of helping our partners stay ahead of the curve that is driving these
new training initiatives at Bosch, built on the belief that ‘Knowledge is power’. By arming ourselves
with the right knowledge, the right training and raising the level of automotive intelligence, we can
together deliver better service, which in turn will lead to more satisfied customers and ultimately
to increased business and growth.
So as we begin a new year, let us do so with a sense of increased optimism and a ‘can do’ spirit
that will ensure that we have the edge in this competitive sector of the automotive industry.
Let the Bosch Training Programme 2013 help deliver nothing but the very best in service to our
customers and take our success to the next level.
Yours sincerely,
