The submission deadlines are set by ACMD by Week 1 of the semester, the
deadlines are already available on the lecturers’ on-line services and lecturers
should be able to view them.
As agreed in the Senate No 56 (29 Aug 2014), the deadline to submit
coursework marks at Week 16 cannot be extended
4.1.1. the reports on the status of lecturers’ marks submissions and released on-
line for students to view will be provided to the Deans/Deputy Deans for time to
time for their further actions.
AcMD hope to submit the report on the release of marks on-line by
academicians as part of UniKL Feedback system (Criteria 2: Process (3) (h)
Transparency: Student formative assessment results are communicated to
the student within reasonable time (within 4 weeks after assessments) for
SETARA 2014
The deadline for the submission of final examination marks is 7 days after the
respective exam session but discretion is given to institute to extend only with the
Dean's approval
It is advisable that the extension allowed in 4.3 must not be the same date as Last
Deadline which is 7 days after the final exam session as this will impinge on the
deadline for the submission of Final Year Project and Industrial Training.
The 7-day submission policy will be observed for the long semester (14 weeks) but
the policy is inapplicable in a 7-week semester where a shorter timeframe for the
submission of marks will apply.
‘AcMD looks forward to receiving your support and cooperation on this matter
Thank you
