Module is composed of topics that provide detailed overview of the principles and methodologies
which to support and enhance the students in gaining knowledge throughout the course programme.

Course content and standard of measurement is based on the RICS (NRM) Guidance Notes.

4. Appropriateness of Coverage

The rules of measurement for quantitative method presented in the lectures and tutorials which the
sourced from textbooks and other materials that support the development throughout the course
programme.
Covered the knowledge and competencies required by the institution for the students.

5. Appropriateness of Difficulty Level

I found out that the difficulty level is appropriate to meet the standard of the institution.

6. Clarity of Instructions and Questions

Clarity of instructions and questions were demonstrate in the exam. More clarity required on some
of the sketches for detail purposes.

7. Appropriateness of Model Answers and Marking Scheme

Model answers and marking scheme were appropriate and provided in Solution Guide. Minor
alterations are required to some elements of the calculation questions.

8. Appropriateness of Length of Exam

The examination will take 2 hours is appropriate to the length of exam.

9. Deferred First Attempt and Second Attempt Assessment are sufficiently different in
context

Yes, the exams are sufficiently different in context in first and second attempt but methodologies
and principles are the same.
