How to Reduce and Restrict Background Data Usage?

Step-1 (Turn ON the Metered Connections)


Go to Settings —-> System —-> Offline Maps —-> Turn ON the metered Connection.

Go to Settings —-> Devices —-> Printers & scanners —-> Turn ON the metered Connection.

Go to Settings —-> Devices —-> Connected devices —-> Turn ON the metered Connection.
Step-2 (Turn off the Map Updates)
Go to Settings —-> System —-> Offline Maps —-> Turn OFF the Map Updates.

Step-3 (Turn off the Windows 10 Automatic Updates)

After that Go to Settings —-> Update and Security —-> Windows Update —-> Advanced Options .
Choose how updates are installed to Notify to schedule restart —-> Hit on Choose how updates are
delivered .

Turn OFF the Updates from more than one place.


And more on Disable / Turn off the Automatic Windows 10 Updates.
Step-4 (Turn Off the Windows Defender Automatic Sample submission)
Go to Settings —-> Update and Security —-> Windows Defender —-> Turn OFF the Automatic
sample submission.

Step-5 (Turn off the Flash Player Updates)


Go to Cortana Search type control panel to start Control Panel
Open Control Panel —-> View by : Large Icons

Go to Flash Player —-> Flash player settings go to Updates tab —-> Select Never check for
updates .
Step-6 (Turn off Internet Explorer 11 updates)
Go to Cortana Search type Internet to start Internet Explorer

From Settings go to About Internet Explorer

Uncheck the check box in front of the Install new version Automatically .

How to install the Drivers?
Step-1 (Extract the Drivers )
Extract the Drivers using Good extractors like WinRAR
Step-2 (Open Device Manager)
Go to Control Panel —-> View by : Large Icons —-> Device Manger
Step-3 (Find the Display Drivers)
From Device Manager find the Display Adapters and Expand It.
Step-4 (Update Driver Software)
Select the Device after that Right Click on that and finally hit on Update Driver Software
Step-5 (Install Driver Software Manually)
Select the Browse my computer for the driver software
After that hit on Browse to select previously extracted drivers folder using the WinRAR software’s.
Finally hit on Next for successfully installation of Drivers.
Note: If you received the error “The best driver software for your device is already installed. Windows has
determined the driver software for your device is up to date.” during this steps follow the given steps.
Please uninstall the drivers by right click,
After that Windows 10 has black Screen
Please hold the power button till power off
After turn on the system

How to Monitor Data Usage on Windows 10. Most of people live in different geographical areas where limited
data is provided to them but windows 10 quickly absorb all those data that is supplied limited to them and to avoid
this issue we have a tutorial for you. Windows 10 is the most advanced operating system that is developed by
Microsoft. When installing Windows 10 one thing you must keep in mind that it is created for user that have
unlimited data usage. Windows 10 updates automatically because it provides set of features, security updates and
stability updates to run it super smooth. This articles works with limited data usages principle and it has been
tested on Windows 10 build 1709 (Redstone 3) , 1703 (Redstone 2), 1607 (Redstone 1), 1511 (Threshold 2 ) and
1507 (Threshold 1). You need to follow all the steps carefully to accomplish the above task .
