BACKGROUND OF THE CONTACT PERSON: A 62-year-old hog raiser for recent 5
years, an overseas Filipino worker in the middle east for 20 years and decided to stop to
join his family in the country for good.
PROBLEM/S ENCOUNTERED BY CONTACT PERSON: He want to expand his farm
but still not very decided if he is going to invest his pension into his business since for the
last two years, he was not able to claim his capital in his piggery because of the disease
his livestock got and the cheap price of livestock the meat shops and other buyers was
offering to him. He is considering if a food business beside the elementary school in our
community will be a good shot to start, but also undecided since two food shops is already
been selling breakfast and lunch meals for 7 years already, so he is uncertain if he will be
getting any customers in his proposed canteen.

FULL NAME OF CONTACT PERSON 2: Wilson Hernandez

BACKGROUND OF THE CONTACT PERSON: A former food chain crew in the
Philippines for 5 years and presently a junior store manager in Chilli’s in Dubai for about
three years. A new father of a 6-month-old boy.
PROBLEM/S ENCOUNTERED BY CONTACT PERSON: Store manager offered him if
he wants to take a job of lower position in the Chilli’s Philippines. He is currently torn
between taking the offer since he really wanted to see his boy grow up but what ceasing
him to take it was the much lower salary, he will get compared on what he is earning now.
He do not want his wife, who is a former nurse in Dubai to work again.
