Leadership is activities of an individual who have the capabilities to execute a direction to his

group of follower and hence influence the behavior of the people of the group and motivate the

people to work to achieve the goal and the objective of life. The capability and the ability of a

leader is to manage the inferior personnel to work with high confidence (Burton, et al.2019).

According to me, Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is one of the best leader who control

the administration of the UAE nation with confident.

Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is known to be the best leader as because the person does

have the following qualities of leadership (Kremer, Villamor, & Aguinis, 2019)

1) The person Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is one of the best leaders because of his

physical and moral courage and thereby he can direct his followers to achieve their goal.

2) As being the vice-president of UAE, he has the qualities of self-discipline and self-control

with his words and his actions.

3) The qualities of interpersonal communication skill of the vice president led him to become

the most favorite leader of UAE nation

4) One of the best qualities that Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has is the decision-making

capabilities. UAE is one of the advanced and first-class countries among all other countries

because of its administration.

5) The simplicity is another best quality that attracts the people of all class in UAE.

Therefore, the above points are the best qualities of the leaders (Boyer, 2019).

The quality of leaders has several qualities based on their skills, values and attitude.

The skills: The interpersonal communication skills, the decision-making personality are the

two major skills that the Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum has a best leader of the UAE

nation.

The values: Caring, empathy Accountability and honesty are the qualities of the leader as a

value. The Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum is best known for all these values and therefore

millions of people respect him and accepted him as a best leader including me.

Attitude: Inspiring, Confidence, good humanity is the major attitude of Mohammed bin Rashid

Al Maktoum that makes him best leader in the nation of UAE.

There are many charities that are done by the Rashid Al Maktoum to help the poor people

across the world and millions of dollars is being donated to the poor Muslim countries.

Therefore, I came to know this person from the charity organization.

The similarities of the qualities of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum with me are as follows

I myself very much confident to my work and duties, more communicative and decision

making and these are the qualities that makes the makes similarities with Mohammed bin

Rashid Al Maktoum.

Whereas, I am not very empathy, caring and honest to my work and therefore I am not able to

finish my work at right time. I never did charity to any organization for the sake of humanity

and therefore these are the awful qualities that do not resemble me with Mohammed bin Rashid

Al Maktoum.

Therefore, I need to acquire the qualities of caring, empathy, honesty and accountability to be

the best leader
