The Court held a scheduling conference on this date and the following is hereby
ORDERED,

1. The Defendant's Motion to Transfer or Dismiss is set for hearing at 9:00 a.m. on
Friday, February 22, 2019, Pike County Courthouse.

2. If the case proceeds forward, the Court has reserved the dates of February 25 &
26, 2019 for hearing on preliminary injunction.

3. The Parties, through counsel, will meet and confer regarding discovery.
