“Satisfaction level of commuter regarding mass


transportation service in Dhaka city”

Problem Statement:

To find out the satisfactory level of commuters’ regarding mass transportation service in Dhaka city.

Methodology of report:
 Topic selection: We have selected topic by discussion with group member.

 Sample technique: We’ll survey by non-probability sampling. Our group members will survey within
250 commuters in Dhaka city. Most of the commuters are male (service holder, student and others)
and few are female. We’ll follow the ratio of the commuters.

 Data collection method: We will collect data from the Mirpur Road, Dhanmondi, Mohammad Pur,
Rayer bazar and Hazaribag transportation service’s commuters.

 Data analysis method: We will analyze the data by using graph, tally, and computer.

 Data presentation: we will present our data by using Microsoft office Word & power point 2010.

Scope:
 This report will cover on the commuters of these (Mirpur Road, Dhanmondi, Mohammad Pur,
Rayer bazar and Hazaribag) area.
 We will able to submit the report within December 26, 2012.

Limitation:
 We’ll cover around 250 commuters only for lack of man power.
 Financial problem will be a factor.
 We couldn’t cover the whole area of Dhaka city’s transportation services.
