BAC RESOLUTION DECLARING RUDHIL CONSTRUCTION & ENTERPRISE, INC. WITH


LOWEST CALCULATED AND RESPONSIVE BID FOR THE CONTRACT PROPOSED LOAY PUBLIC
MARKET AND RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF AWARD THERETO

RESOLUTION NO. 2018-0117

WHEREAS, this Municipality of Loay, Bohol advertised the Invitation to Apply for
Eligibility and to Bid for the contract: PROPOSED LOAY PUBLIC MARKET, Loay, Bohol was posted
in the LGU-Loay, Bohol, PHILGEPS and conspicuous places at the premises of the LGU-Loay,
Bohol continuously for 14 days.

WHEREAS, in response to the said advertisement, three (3) bidders submitted their
Letter of Intent and application for eligibility and passed the preliminary examination of bids
and was found eligible on September 4, 2018.

WHEREAS, the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) received three (3) bids for the
contract; and when the bids were opened on September 4, 2018, the following bids as read
“passed” the preliminary examination.

WHEREAS, upon post-qualification or careful examination, validation and verification of


all the Eligibility, Technical and Financial documents submitted and as presented in the
attached Post-Qualification Evaluation Report, the Bidder with the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB)
has been found to be responsive;

NOW THEREFORE, We, the Members of the Bids and Awards Committee, hereby
RESOLVE, as it is hereby RESOLVED:

1. To declare RUDHIL CONSTRUCTION & ENTERPRISE, INC. as the Bidder with Lowest
Calculated and Responsive Bid for the contract PROPOSED LOAY PUBLIC MARKET,
Loay, Bohol.
2. To recommend to the Municipal Mayor of the Local Government Unit of Loay, Bohol
for approval, the award of said Contract to RUDHIL CONSTRUCTION & ENTERPRISE,
INC., at its total Calculated Bid of THIRTEEN MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED NINETY FIVE
THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY FOUR PESOS AND 32/100 ONLY
(P13,895,194.32).
