Gentlesize - Intro to exercise for those just getting back into their fitness or starting their fitness journey

BounceFIT - Get your cardio up and your bounce on with our fun and jumping mini trampoline workout

All Sculpt Classes - Shape and tone whilst having a blast with great music and our awesome sculpt equipment

Pump it UP/BounceFIT - High energy cardio workout, burn that fat whilst dancing/bouncing your heart away

Resistance Bands/Strength Training - Stay strong whilst we wait for our aerial program to launch,build muscle, stamina and tone at the same time with our resistance bands and weight towers

Body Pump/HIIT - Combination of high interval training, burn body fat fast. Suitable for all levels of fitness

BTL - Bum, Tum, Legs - Let's focus on those hard to tone spots and get them back up where they belong

Power Barre - Hard core Barre workout with weights and resistance bands

Barre Body - Softer workout for those looking to wind down at the end of the week

Flexi Stretch and Mini Flexi Stretch - Get your splits on or simply wind down, a wonderful stretch workout for everyone

Stage Queens - Over 45's Adult competition class
