• Identifying ways to improve the revenues across the centers.
• Controlling end to end operations & costs across all the cost heads, optimizing efficiency & operations. • Manage the complete customer interaction • Manage for procurement process for all the centers • Supervising the function of the department employees, facilities, operations, cost on day to day basis • Managing end to end vendors-sourcing, commercial negotiations Manpower, repair & Maintenances. • Maintain & create effective networks with all principle supporters & stakeholders • Maintain & manage the laundry & linen operations across the center • Handling legal & operational compliance of the center • Timely completion of training and recruitment of center operations team • Center readiness: complete handover and sign off from the project team • Setting up center operations as per defined SLA and policy • Check quality & center cleanliness maintenance • Cash management at the center • Reducing the operating cost center wise • Weekly meet with center ops team for review.

• Self-organized & good analytical skills
• Highly energetic & proactive with excellent verbal & written communication • Well versed with Microsoft excel, PPT, reporting, documentation. • Strong customer focus to help & to create the best staying experience possible for customers. • Having knowledge & experience in F&B will be an added advantage
Language requirement:
• Hindi & English is mandatory
