Telephone Etiquettes-

- Greet the caller, e.g. “hello,” “good morning.” Good manners show you respect the caller.

- Give your name. This is a courtesy that serves to personalize the customer service experience as
well as allowing the customer to hold you accountable for your level of service.

- Pick up the phone in three rings. More than three rings signals chaos in your office or
inattentiveness.

- Ask the customer if or how you can help. Asking to help tells the customer you are there to
serve his/her needs and to solve his/her problems. This also leaves the customer with a positive
impression.

- The greeting is key; it sets the tone and style of the whole interaction.

#Small Tips-

- Smile as you pick up the phone.

- Use your “telephone” voice, controlling your volume and speed.

- Project a tone that is enthusiastic, natural, attentive and respectful.

- Greet the customer, and identify your company and yourself.

- Always speak calmly and choose your words.

Opening-

Plan 1­ If prospect is trading

BDE­ Good morning/ Good Afternoon/ Good Evening, Sir/ Madam,(Pauses needed) This is 
XYZ (state your full name) calling from Perfect Research

Do you trade in equity or commodity market? Or how is your trading going on?

Prospect­ I trade in Equity Market.

BDE­ All right, Sir. May I know since how long you are trading and what your investment 
is?

As per customer response, note down the details in CRM. Also confirm whether customer 
trades in Intraday or delivery. Then use below mentioned script­

Sir, as you are trading in intraday cash market, here we provide you 3­5 intraday calls by 
following which you can comfortably earn minimum 25% net return on your investment 
with very good accuracy in our recommendations. So if you trade with us we can multiply 
your returns.

(State market name & type (Intraday / delivery / HNI), followed by return percentage as per
prospect’s investment)

Prospect- Ok, how do I believe?

BDE- Sir, I would arrange a free trial for intraday cash service. Please let me know for which date
I should activate your Free Trial. Take details from client. Arrange FT. and close the call by
following below mentioned script.

Plan 2- If prospect is not trading

BDE- Good morning/ Good Afternoon/ Good Evening, Sir/ Madam, This is XYZ (state your full
name) calling from Market Magnify.

Do you trade in equity or commodity market? Or how is your trading going on?

Prospect- I don’t trade in market.

BDE- BDE must try to find out the reason that why customer doesn’t trade.

Possible reasons could be that he is not aware about the market, has incurred loss in trading,
doesn’t get time to trade etc. As per the reason BDE should convince the customer for trial by
using below script-

Sir, these days market is really very positive and our last week return on cash service was Rs.___.
Our clients are making good profits by following our recommendation with strategy.

Believe me Sir, this is the best time to trade and make money from market. By trading with me
you can have a secondary source of earning. You can start trading with even small amount. And

Wait for customer response and accordingly handle the call & convert the prospect for free

short selling kewal intraday me possible he. To market up jaye ya down, intraday me ham dono
condition me profit kar sakte he.

2: Mr. Rahul, agar ap holding me trade karte he to apko full amount pay karna hota he. Lekin
intraday ke liye hame kuch milti he. Jo ki broker provide karta, us limit me ham jyada profit earn
kar sakte he.

3: Rahul ji, Holding me ham investment ko jyada se jyada 2-3 companies me invest kar sakte he.
Lekin intraday trade karne par ham ek hi amount ko alag-alag companies me bahut bar trade
kar sakte he. Jise ham ek amount ko bar-bar use karke hum apna risk devide kar sakte hai. Jo ki

2: Sir, ap bi jante ho ki broker kewal brokerage ke liye kam karta he. Apka profit ho ya loss uski to
brokerage to banni he. To esa insan jisko apke loss me bi profit ho raha he. To kya apke profit ke
bare me sochega. Lekin agar ap mere sath kam karte he to, agar me apka loss karwata to ap
muje service charge pay nahi karenge aur agar ap profit karwata hu to ap meri service ko
renewal karwayega to sir, apke profit me hi mera profit he. To sir ham apke profit ke bare me
sochte he.

3: Sir, broker apko no. of trades karwayega kyuki ap jitna trade karoge, utni brokerage banegi.
Lekin ham kewal apke profit ke bare sochete he to ham apko limited trade(Filter) karwate he.

4: Broker ki advise free of cost hoti he to uske pas bahut sare clients hote he to broker har ek
client ko proper update nahi de pata he. Jiski vajah se loss hone k chances bad jate he lekin
hamare pas limited client hote he. Jiski vajah se ham ek-ek client pe proper follow-up aur
updates dete he. Aur use profit hone k chances bad jate he.

5: Broker k pas research team nahi hoti he ya hoti bi to limited hoti he kyuki broker ka main work
trade karwana hota he, na ki advise dena.

Condition 3: Client work with advisory(and got loss) then

1: sir, sabi advisory ek jesi nahi hoti he(Example: Dunia me har insan ek jesa nahi hota, koi acha
hota he aur koi bura hota he), lekin apne sebi registered advisory firm k sath proper way, proper
planning aur proper strategist me trade kiya he to loss ho hi nahi sakta. Aur agar loss hua he to
kahi na kahi, kuch na kuch problem jarur he.

2: Sir, apko loss hua he advisory firm se, to me ye nahi bol raha hu ki ap mere sath jud jaiye. Ap
meri company search kijiye, meri track sheet dekhiye, mera Sebi registration dekhiye. Uske bad
vishwas kijiye. Agar apko sab thik lage to fir mere sath trade start kijiye nominal amount se.
Condition 4: Apki Track sheet fake ho sakti he.

1: Discribe with example; market hamne ek product(Parle-G) buy kiya. Uske upar material me
likha tha FAT 9 %, Suger 3 % . Hamne yakin kar liya kyuki us par ISO sign tha. Usi tarah sir,
hamari sheet audit hoti he. Ya sebi ki najar hoti he. Agar hamne kuch galat upadate kiya to hame
problem ho sakti he.

Condition 4: Client work with advisory(and got profit) then

1: Good, Advisory k sath trade karne ka yahi fayda he ki ham profit me he sir. Wese sir ap meri
company k sath jud k aur better kar sakte hai. Kyuki meri company india ki most leading
company he. To ap best company k sath jusd k apna risk minimum kar sakte hai.

2: Comparison, sir ap apki advisory company ko aur meri company ka comparison kar sakte ho.
Agar apko meri company better lage to ap mere sath jud sakte ho.

Condition 5: Self Trade

1: Sir, market 1600+ Scripts he. To 1600+ par research kar pana bahut mushkil hota he. Ki kon sa
share up jayega aur kon sa down. To sir 60 (as per u) researcher ki team market me ache se
research kar sakte he.

2: Hamare researcher fundamentally, Technically aur globle market me research karne ke bad
apko call provide karte he. Jo ki ek trader research kar pana bahut mushkil he.
3: CNBC ya Zbusiness ki tips pe trade karna bi thik nahi hota he. Kyuki alag- alag expart alag-alag
tips karte he aur proper update bi nahi hota aur na hi proer level.

1: Sir, agar ap ko time problem he to apke liye advisory best he. Kyuki sir ya to ap
job/business/student he. Apko proper time nahi milta hoga. Market update/market analysis

karunga. Apko time dene ki jarurat hi nahi he. Apke behalf par market watch/market follow-

Condition 7: Loss From the market.

1: Sir, market me agar kisi ko loss hota he . To wo pesa, na to market leta he aur na hi exchange.

Condition 9: Client want guaranteed Profit or Written Profit.

1: Sir, apko guaranteed profit chahiye to ham bank me deposit kar sakte he. Lekin sir bank me
limited profit ata he aur share market unlimited. Max. Trader share market me unlimited profit
earn karne ate he. To sir unlimited profit me risk bi hoti he. Aur sir guaranteed profit or written
profit to sebi bi nahi deti. To sir fir ham kese committee kar sakte he.
Lekin sir hmara past record ki accurecy 80% he. Aur ham agar proper way, Proper
