the world through guided about the concept and explaining Why and how houses are built the way they are
around the world.

Select (S):
This lesson is the final assessment of the unit, establishes how students would explain how and why houses are built the
way they are around the world.

Describe (D):
This lesson is for grade 2 students in science class. In this lesson I am trying to access the learner's prior knowledge and
help them become engaged through questioning about different home around the world, how and why they built the way
they are and what are materials used to make each home. In addition, I am trying to extend students conceptual
understanding about homes through applying to build their own homes using the materials and describe it. the student's
job in the lesson is to respond to the teacher and then being engaging to build their own home
Analyze (A):
I think the students responded the way they are because they are having a topic that relate to real life which is (home).
also, I think hands on activity of students making their own homes is an interesting activity relating to the concept. with
hands-on learning, the students can participate more in the activities which increases their motivation. The students will
become more enthusiastic towards the lessons leading to improved results toward lesson goals. (Daniel, 2010). students
were fully engaged in creating their own home and I can see that they improved problem solving skill through this activity

Appraise (A):
From student's perspective about the activity I think it was an enjoyable kind of activity for them to do at the class which
relate to the content of lesson. and I think my lesson met the teaching goal that I set to achieved.

Transform (T):
I might enhance students learning of this lesson in the future by present their homes at the school theater and asking
their parents to come to school and see what home their kids made. For instance, learners could explain the materials
they used to build their homes and describe their homes to the teacher and their parents.
