DEAN TORREON:

I am Ivan Joseph P. Nabatar, a second year law student enrolled in Jose Maria College. I am
currently taking up Criminal Law II under Atty. Delfin Suarez Jr, scheduled on Saturdays, 4pm to
8pm. Our midterm examination was first scheduled this coming April 28, however due to the
request and decision of the majority in class, it was moved on May 05, 2018.

Hence, I am writing this letter to humbly ask permission in your office to allow me have a special
exam and take the midterm examination for Criminal Law II on an earlier date, May 01, 2018. I,
together with my family had already a pre-booked vacation on May 02 to 07. This was decided
when the original April 28 exam schedule was announced. However, due to circumstances out of
our control, the schedule was changed, and it was only announced last Monday.

I am willing to take the exam earlier or later the exam schedule, as long as I am able to take it. I
am hoping for your positive response regarding this matter. Thank you so much and more
powers!
