PAROLE PREPARATION PROJECT
• Volunteer Advocate 2017 to present
o Assist people who are incarcerated and serving indefinite life sentences as they prepare for parole interviews
o Tasks include conducting mock interviews, collecting documents and letters of support, facilitating family visits, and
assisting with securing housing and employment after release

MT. SINAI’S SEXUAL ASSAULT AND VIOLENCE INTERVENTION PROGRAM (SAVI)


• Lydia Martinez Multidisciplinary Collaboration Award Recipient for Volunteer Advocacy 2018
o Recognition for work as a volunteer emergency department advocate
o Nominated by SAVI and awarded by the NYC Alliance Against Sexual Assault
