MECHANIC PRE-RIG-MOVE CHECK LIST

TASK TO BE PERFORMED: INITIALS

1 Function test both bilge pumps by stripping all bilge sumps.

2 Isolate the bilge manifold system, closing all valves.

3 Close all bilge sump valves.

4 Close all pre-load tank stripper line valves.

5 Ensure that life boats are operational.

6 Ensure that the anchor winches are operable.

7 Test run the emergency generator / Test run Cold start compressor

8 Disconnect 2 Deepwells - leave the Deepwell on Emergency Buss until last.

9 Secure all machine deck tank sounding tube caps and closure assemblies.

10 Ensure that all sea chest valves are operational.

11 Attend meeting to review rig move plan with OIM and Client as required.

12 Trim tanks as per B.E instructions. Turn off Drill water pumps

13 No Fluid Transfers are allowed without BE permission - includes Fuel

14 Flash lights available

15 Engine exhaust flaps to be opened

16 Clean and check all strainers of Deep Well pumps

17 Mechanical Tool bags available

18 Test Run each Deep Well individually to assure 100% functioning for Preload
Make sure Sewage treatment plant is pumped out empty and keep pumping out
19 entire rig move to avoid back flowing the sewage lines to the rooms @ 1st level
