ABSTRACT
Accommodation is a basic need of a human being and a prisoner is also entitled to a
minimum space of accommodation during incarceration. The goal of a prison is threefold: To
defend society from offenders who cannot serve their sentence inside the network due to the
severity or nature of their crime, To perform the sentence imposed by a recognized legal
process, To provide a safe and respectable regime to help rehabilitate offenders so that it will
lead useful and Purposeful lives while in prison and upon release. In this project proposed Jail
building have Total area of 40,000 Sq.ft with G +3 structure using Auto Cad software. The
plan consists of Dormitories, Separate parking’s, Dinning areas, Surveillance area, etc.
Analysis carried by Staad pro Software.
