IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Address for correspondence must be written clearly. Any change in address must be intimated to the Principal. All
information regarding the Aptitude Analysis will be sent to the latest address registered with the College.
2. The Aptitude Analysis will be held on the 3rd Sat of Nov every year.
3. Please do not leave any column blank.
4. Eligibility: At the time of Aptitude Analysis, for a particular class, the boy must be studying in :-
(a) One class lower.
(b) He must strictly meet the age requirements.
5. Permission to sit in the Aptitude Analysis may be withheld if the boy is not eligible as para 4 above or para 6 below.

7. The School reserves the right to refuse permission to boys to sit for an Aptitude Analysis without giving any reason
thereof.

8. Registration fee is non refundable.

9. Acceptance of the registration form and fee is no guarantee that the boy will be admitted and it does not involve the
school in any obligation to admit the boy.

10. This form together with a bank draft as mentioned in the fee leaflet, drawn in favour of MAYO COLLEGE, AJMER on a
bank in Ajmer should be sent as early as possible. The College has on its premises a branch of the ICICI Bank Pvt Ltd.

11. All correspondence regarding admission should be addressed to the Principal, Mayo College, Ajmer - 305008 to
receive his prompt attention in a cover super scribed 'Admission' on the left hand corner.
