Dr. Mukesh Ranjan is an Associate Professor with 18 years of teaching and research experience. He holds an M.A. in English, M.Phil. in Comparative Literature, and a Ph.D. from 1998. His publications include the book "The Waste Land: Architectonics of Conceptual Structures" and the paper "Tom's Way: Via Negativa". His areas of academic interest are poetry, culture studies, African writings in English, English language teaching, postcolonial and translation studies, literary criticism and theory, and Indian poetics. He was awarded a Fulbright Fellowship to do doctoral research at Harvard University and the University of California in 1994.
