0.5 Every person who passes an examin ion for degree, diploma or certificate of University Exarrinatiorr
shall be elisible for conferment of same, in person or in absentia at his option, on payment of fees, as
mentioned below and in testirnony th degree, diploma or a certificate, as tlre case may shall be awarded
to him.

*Note : Those who apply for Certificate or examination or Certificate Examination shall have to pay
a fee of Rs. 3001 for takins the sa in person and Rs. 300/- in absentia.
The candidate who apply for ferment of degree/diploma/certificate in person, should collect the
same on the day of Convocation nd also should be present in the procession failing which their
application will be treated as in a tia andifee will be charged to them accordingly.
Provided that, if a degree/dipl ma/certificate is not demanded at a siven address on oavment of
Rs.50A for one year and t fter Rs. 50/- per year for Maharashtra State, Rs. 100/- for out of
Maharashtra and Rs. 1000/- out of ountry. towards postalcharges or not collected by the candidate in
person whithin a period of one from the date of respective convocation, an additional amount of
Rs. I 00f per annum and thereafte Rs. 50/- per annum will be charged.

Annual vocation For Conferring Degrees

Fee may be paid in cash in the Regist r's Office between I l-00 a.m. to 2-30 p.m. on all working days or
sent by Demand Dgraft payable to t Registrar. The Registrar will not be responsible for loss or money
sent in an unregistred cover.
A ll candidates taking their Degree/Di loma/Certificate whether inAbsentia or in Person are requested to
write in their application the pe t as well as conespondance address in full.
On production of fee receipts the C ificate will be distributed to candidate receiving their degree In
person in the University Office, on t Convocation day. They must bring with them the original receipts.
Candidates who have applied for ving their degree in person and are including in the Procession are
requested to be present at the place o procession before one hour of the Convocation ceremony on the
Convocation Day with Degree certifi te and must appear in the prescribed Academic Costume.
Those who desire to receive their in person, and join the procession are requested to receive their
degree and Gowns from the Office of he University from 09-00 a.m. to 2-00 p.m. on a Convocation Day.
The Gowns will be made available on payment of Rs.25l- as hire charges, ln addition to this Rs. 50/- will
have to paid as deposit for Cowns w h will be refunded after the Gowns is returned to the office. Onlv
those who wear the Academic Cos e, as prescribed will be allowed in procession at the Convocation.
Complaints regard ing the Non-recei of fee receipt Degree Certificate or error in the Degree Cerlificate
should be made within one month fi the date of tlre Convocation or receipt of the Degree Certificate.
The candidate who desires to obtain Degree / Diploma in Absentia and resides outsides Aurangabad
should remit Rs. 50/- for Maharas ra State Rs. 100/- for out of Maharashtra and Rs. 1000/- out of
Country; towards Postal Charges pulsory for dispatchin g the Certi fi cate al on gw ith appl i cati on.

12 In their correspondence/letters for i of certificates, the candidate should invariably write their name
of the Examination, the Seat No., year and contact Number of the examination at the top for a
quick action by the office, Letters ould be brief and to the point. Letters received without above
particulars will not be attended.
l3 Latest marks memo and True Copy Degree/Diploma/Certifi cate and Passing Certifi cate shou ld be
submitted.
l4 Duplicate degree Cerlificate will be i after Submission of an affidavit from Maeistrate / Tahsildar
alongwith prescribed fee & Rs. - towards fee for duplicate Degree certificate alongwith the
